"Emil has been teaching my 7 year old piano lessons and me guitar for months now. Emil is kind, patient and amazing with kids. Highly recommend. Emil, takes time with the student and makes learning an instrument fun and engaging. He is also an extremely talented musician who plays so many instruments and sings and composes."

About
Emil Tellefsen is a composer, guitarist, and music teacher based in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from the Lamont School of Music in 2026 with a Bachelor's in Classical Composition.
His music often finds itself at ends of the spectrum between exhilaration and meditation. It can be frenetic, drawing inspiration from dance music and genres such as prog-rock and fusion, while at other times it emphasizes the vastness in a room, carrying with it a contemplative and personal affect.
Tellefsen provides music lessons for electric, acoustic, and classical guitar, bass guitar, piano, drums, and ukulele.
